Do you love physics, logic and reason? (aren't i great!)

Everyone knows that a rational person knows the truth of things and understands and can figure out anything, everyone also knows that a rational person realises that the physical world is governed by laws, and thus physics is rational. Everyone knows that anyone against what I say is not rational. So are you rational?

  • This is the god who made the opinion poll, I prefer my son to be sarcastic cynically without compromising on what people want. I command him not to be ironic. And I say he shouldn't be self-interested. Woooooooooo!!! Funny person better obey me or feel my wrath!

No offence but you're not at the climax of rationality, weirdo. I'm cool, you love rationality but did you push it? Note to self: let's get systematic.

My theory is that the laws of physics are subject to change over the course of time.

except for the conservation of energy/mass. I don't buy any of that Big Bang bullshit.

    And I'm an engineer.

I'm gearing towards the rational lately but, you have to admit, that even science delves in some pretty cool stuff. There's some pretty out there theories being fancied at the moment by some really brilliant minds.

  • Try the National IQ test on telly (is this TV programme in the USA?).

Do I detect a hint of sarcasm? Even so, IMO the scientific method is best. I suspend belief in things until either they have been proven or I experience them personally. Just because science doesn't have all the answers, we shouldn't just make stuff up.

Want some hardcore proof the bible is true? Check out revelations chpt 13, as most of us know revelations is a book of prophecy, and there are infact prophecies in that chapter that have been fulfilled recently (60 years ago), or are happening to this very day. Many things in the bible are usually meant to be taken symbolically. The beast that is written there is infact the former League of Nations and the current United Nations. Most of the things written there are happening to this very day. The UN will just keep getting more powerful.

      Food for thought ;)

Yes professor Bible, I happen to be an agnostic and I think I know that you can't know everything, so I'll keep searching for things in the Bible: proof 1. Wine, money and a white robe all point to a religious inventor who wants you to think he's king. Proof 2. Jesus cared about money: no copper or silver (it's in the Bible). Proof 3: Jesus got nailed to a cross to get us to forgive him for pissing people off. Conclusion: I can't know the non-physical part of any of this therefore the Bible is physical through its structure as a written history.

You shouldn't believe that the whole bible is true because something it "predicted" came true.

Get on Google and type in "unfulfilled bible prophecies", you'll find lots of examples of prophecies that never came true and never will.

I think people find what they seek in symbolism sometimes. Just look at Nostradamus and you have just as many people contradicting each other as you have agreeing.

    • Your IQ is 90 and I'm a total believer in being ignorant about the existence of the supernatural, i.e. I don't know if it exists.
