Do you love horror films?

By 'love', I mean you have a passion for it. For example, you would spontaneously want to watch the 'Saw' series without someone persuading or forcing you to.

They are my absolute faorite, ever, ever, ever. I would watch them all day every day if I could. I've watched the original TCM for the past week, every day. No joke. I keep falling asleep tho. But, yeah, I fucking LOVE horror movies, except vampire ones. The only vampire one I like is 30 Days of Night.

Problem is, whenever I watch a horror movie, I always get the freekiest parts imbeded in my brain forever. So, no.

Meh, they stopped being scary when I was like 15..
And the scare part is the only entertaining part of horrors, because the storyline is always the same crap.
I'd like to see a horror where the humans actually stay together, pick up weapons and destroy the "monsters".

Hell yeah. When me and my sister were kids our dad let us watch horror movies. If my mum had put her foot down and said they weren't good for us I probably wouldn't love them to this day. I'll always have a soft spot for Evil Dead cause it's the only horror movie that scared me when I was a kid. The more bloodier and scarier a horror movie is the happier I am.

I forgot to add I've been watching horror movies SINCE I was a kid. That is why they rarely scare me now because I've seen so many I'm immune to them :(

Horror movies always bore me. I can tell you which characters are gonna be killed off with in the first 15 minutes of the movie. It's always incredible obvious when something bad is gonna happen and when they are trying to trick you into thinking something is gonna happen. There are probably a few out there I'd probably enjoy but I have yet to see one.

I like older horror films, cult classics and spoof horrors.

These modern ones, I tend to avoid:(

    • Agreed. Evil Dead 2 is the alltime greatest! But i did enjoy house of a thousand corpses and devils rejects in the new sorta catagory.

I love horror movies. I love dark, mysterious, edge of your seat, vulgar, crazy, weird vibe kinda movies. Rare that I find ones that I truly enjoy though.

I got pretty bored of that genre a couple of years ago. I don't find them scary.

I do get freaked out by the idea of alien abductions. For this reason I was scared shitless by The Fourth Kind. :P

      Same here!

I once tried to see Fire in the Sky and it left me so freaked out that I literally was too scared to finish it!

I like a good scary movie every once in a while. Unfortunately though, I don't get to watch them too often anymore.
