    It'll do for now.

I prefer where I used to live and wherr I intend to live. But most of my life has been here, so it's familiar, which counts dor something I guess.

    • You're planning on moving to the US, right? What will you miss most about Australia? What won't you miss at all?

If it's too personal, don't worry about answering this- how did you guys decide on which country you will settle in?

        Yup.

Idk story has been sent to moderation. Wtf.

I'll miss my family, friends and clients, Melbourne and the comedy. Won't miss Sydney.

We added up all the pros and cons. There were more benefits in me moving there than in him moving here.

I live in Canada currently in Ottawa. I love it here and I would never leave my country.

To be honest, not really. In my town, you can't leave your doors unlocked or anything outside overnight because someone will steal from you. People are overly sensitive and get loud/angry over trivial things, they blast loud music at 3am, there are lots of drunk or uninsured drivers here who are more than willing to leave the scene after running someone over, there's a lot of unsupervised kids running around half naked in the streets, unsupervised pets running around who usually aren't spayed/neutered, and a lot of gang related murders happening. I work in a nearby town and my boyfriend lives in a faraway town that's next to the beach and I now spend more time in those two towns than I do in my own town. Lately I've noticed a lot of old places being torn down and big name retailers putting shops there. It looks less trashy now, but it still feels trashy.
