Do you like the town you live in?
The town I'm in is fun to be in on some days, and on others its dangerous. Its ghetto, so I guess that's why. Probably going to move out in the future. You?

I live among an ocean of 200m^2, 4br, 3bath suburban plastic houses (vinyl siding), all built on aesthetically pleasing curved streets. My world couldn't be more homogenized, bland, and efficient.
Pfft. Baby killers, dudes getting stabbed in the heart, pedos, a ton of mentally disabled with criminal past, drugs fuckin' everywhere, and missing people every year. This place is a shithole.
Sounds like the ghetto trash-heap town I live in. Do you have gangs as well?
Sounds like most big cities. Do you have bums pooping everywhere in the streets?? San Franshitsco is pretty bad these days.
I live in a city of 100k people, and one day I saw 2 separate alcoholic women shitting on a busy city centre street within a minute of each other.
Doesn't it? I don't even live in a city, that's the annoying thing, so when this shit happens chances are I know them in some way.
I live in the city of Pattaya, Thailand, a most diverse place, high and low class rubbing shoulders with ancient and original. It is never boring though even for us old farts!
I love Chicago because the social scene is not as intimating as say NYC or LA, but I hate it because it is comparably expensive to NYC and LA.
I like the suburb part and some surrounding area but the nearest city is a shithole. A lot of people on welfare destroying everything and a lot of drug crime.
It's annoying. The town is small and boring with nothing going on, however the city is a 30 minute train ride away. It's not far away but too expensive to go there often (they rip you off with the train tickets cos they know everyone will need/want to go there and have no other way of getting there if they don't have a car). So because the city is so near yet so far, I'm always complaining "Why couldn't we have lived in the city?!".
my town is boring nothing to do the state is expensive to live in and few jobs everyone says go to college but unless going into debt its impossible here
I live on a farm in an unincorporated area and love my farm, the city I work in, is a toilet full of the worst people in the world.
Yes. With so many grocery stores and restaurants around, I can easily get all basic necessities I want here. There are almost no crimes. Not to mention there is a waterfall recreational park only about 20 minutes away drive from home too.
I live in the city of subdued excitement. It's interesting as an outsider. But it is beautiful. The people are decent. A little fake at times, but mostly decent people.
No, its full of old lazy noisy people that just shit me up the wall. I wish they would hurry up and die already
Yes, love my area.
My closest major city would be Irkutsk but I live closer to the villages outside the city. Love the land, love the people, love the opportunities.
Alcohol is an issue, but where is it not :P
I’d take drunks over drug addicts anyday.
Yea its quaint, like everyone's pretty chill the process are good my job is great. I think I have a boyfriend now and it's just all great
Derry is one of the most beautiful cities in the world on a good day and people are generally friendly and down to earth, but on the other hand, there are extreme problems with drug and alcohol addiction, suicide and terrorism. Sometimes I love it and never want to leave and other times it feels like hell on earth.
The towns in the Stephen king books are named after places here in Northern Ireland. I live in the city of Derry and there's a town nearby called Castlerock with a weird small temple like building on the edge of a cliff. There's also a Derry in New Hampshire, USA, named after this one.
