      I agree
      don't do something ridiculous like make Madeleine-Rose the first name, and then add a middle name... that would definitely be too much
      but Madeleine Rose (insert last name here) is nice

    Most names are 2 to 3 syllables long, so 4 (Mad-e-leine-rose) seems like a mouthful.

    Make Rose the middle name.

    It's a beautiful name. but don't make it more complicated than it has to be.

    Lose the " - " . And keep the name under eleven characters. For her sake, it's annoying and slows down her paperwork - FOR LIFE.

    For god sake the kid in Kindergarten named "BOB" will get perfect grades while she's failing because of backwards S's and non-phonetic spelling and time constraints.

    I would like it better if it was madelina rose. if ur thinkinf of what to name ur daughter, people probably won't use rose, and just call her Maddy.

    Agreed on making Rose the middle name.

    Madeleine is a cute name, but people are going to make connections to the book character all the girl's life. If you're naming a child, take that into consideration, too.
