Why? Why not? I like her and I thought a poll would be the best way to know if it's normal or not.
I like her because she writes all her music and she's quite creative so I don't understand why people just hate her.

I love her music, and plus she seems like a good lady. In her interviews she's very humble and honest. :)
I don't like her music, but I think she is a nice person and good for music.
Ok at first I didn't like her. Because I really didn't know what she was about. Until one night I was watching Fuse and she was being interviewed. And it changed my WHOLE out look on her. I really thought she was an attention whore. But I truly take back those opinions. Because she is AMAZING! She is all about understanding, expression, gays, love and peace. She will and is already GREAT! She will forever be remember in music history.
I love her too. The support she's given to the gay community is incredible. She also makes good music I JUST LOVE HER (L)
she's just so well spoken! In all of her interviews she presents herself intelligently! She's just a genius! Musically, lyricly, and in words. She's truly a beautiful person.
I love her she's not afraid stand up for what she believes in and be her own person. And she writes graet music.
i only saw her once on MTV Awards she looked like a fucking idiot all i could see was a big giant hat and a nose.
Some of her songs are great for dancing, that's all. If you have her songs blaring on your radio all day you will be bored.

I don't give a flip about who's who when it comes to singers/musicians, because, frankly, I just don't. I don't care about people saying she's talented, a genius or whatever, nor do I care about people saying she's an idiot, talentless, and stuff. I don't care about her personality or her looks. I don't care that she dressed like the freaking solar system.
Her music is good. That's all that matters. As long as that part is good, she is a good singer.
I can't say the same about her lyrics, but, hey, it's not like I can catch the words when she sings them :\
Her whole act with the crazy outfits is not a good way to get attention. I seriously doubt we'll still be hearing from her within 3 or 5 years.

I'd have to hear her to judge her. If she really does write her own stuff then she is probably very talented--who knows if she has sold her soul yet though...I imagine money and fame make it disturbingly easy to do so. For every musician, sell-out or not, there was a time for them when it was really all about the music and their passion could not be contained. I dunno...just my two cents.
I hate the fact that everyone is calling her a genius right away just because she has a song that people like. The beatles were geniuses because they learned to play music on makeshift instruments they made out of random things they found in their home.

I think she is a spawn of satan. Her music videos are full of Illuminati symbolism. The hand covering one eye, everyone wearing the same uniform with masks covering their eyes, triangles, all seeing eyes, checkered floors... it's so fucking obvious. Everyone is so brainwashed, it's sad.

Yes I do like lady GaGa. I do fear that she could start a war with the power she has. So kind of frightening watching her in concert. Not that I dont love her music.
