Hugs are nice when they are appropriate. I don't like hugs everyday. At a funeral, hugs are nice. When you accomplish something that makes you feel good, hugs are nice. But say for instance, your going to sleep, and you see the person everyday, it loses its purpose for me

It really depends on the situation. When I visit my mother/grandmother/sister I give a hug as a greeting which I'm neutral on. In other situations, such as a death in the family it can be comforting. Oh yeah, I'm a dude.
