It's not that they're "perfect looking"; they're the opposite of perfect. They just look abnormal and stupid. They're a huge turn-off.

Just thinking about this, if you get them about a size up from your current cup size and have them put behind the muscle; then they appear and feel natural. Most people tend to get way too big and they just look awful, hideous, and you can just plain tell they're fake.

I hate fake boobs. They look dumb. 100% dislike. Unless it's not horrible looking, you know, as if it fits with her body. When thin girls get fake boobs that are obviously too big for the rest of their body it's gross.

Completely depends on the girls body type and the size of them, I have to admit that most look ridiculous but a tiny minority are the right size and shape for the girls frame so they look perfectly normal. In the end it's the girls decision to get implants so who the fuck are we to judge.

Fake boobs are not truly a cosmetic enhancement. If you do not like the look of your boobs then getting bigger boobs will only give you bigger boobs to dislike.

If you ever look at the before & after photos on the internet; remember to notice that the boobs look the same only bigger. Unless you have tubular breasts , it is rare for a boob job to change their appearance.

Also the delicious feelings that one has with smaller breasts can become more disperse and less exciting after a boob job.

tumblr has certainly done a fine job of demonstrating that breasts can be beautiful, regardless of cup size.

Fake boobs are perfectly round, usually with a " fried egg variety" look to the nipples. Real boobs are a little more pointed and often with puffy nipples. The fake boobs are very generic looking and all look a lot alike.
Usually, very petite woman (in frame size -such as 32 F- but not height) who have big boobs have fake boobs. Tall thin woman can have natural big boobs.
