Do you like americans (us citizens)?

Oh yes, especially the Canadians. :P

But on a serious note, I don't hate Americans. I deal with alot of Americans in my line of work and I have find them extremely well mannered and considerate beings. The idea of the typical American being ignorant is ironic because people who hold these views are ignorant themselves.

Uhh, I can't say whether or not I do or don't like 300 Million people just from knowing their nationality. I've met some really cool people and I have met some serious assholes, both of US citizens and citizens of other countries.

I think they are super friendly people. They can be quite neurotic at times but I find most to be endearing. I think perhaps some take the christian thing a bit too far, but this is coming from an atheist so that's just my personal perspective. I think that in the past their government (like the George W. Bush administration) has reflected on them badly and unjustifiably on an international level.
As an Australian I'm fascinated by their culture, particularly the history of film there.

Mostly. I've not met very many, but I tend to like a person until they give me a good enough reason not to. As a rule I like the Americans on IIN as much as I like everyone else here :P

The United States is a very large, populous country with lots of different people. I would guess that anyone would like and dislike some Americans if they got to know enough of them.

Although I am an American citizen myself I don't enjoy being around Americans, unless they're intelligent enough for me to accept them.

But if I did I still wouldn't want to judge all American people based on that guys personality. I like a lot of music, movies and comedians from America, but I dislike most of American politics.
