Oh no is this a conspiracy post out to prove that nobody knows anyone who died in 9/11?
When the attack happened I was in 6th grade and they brought a TV in the class to show us what was happening and the teacher next door was hysterical crying and shit kept calling on her phone. Our teacher said that her parents worked at the world trade center. Turns out they lived. I also met a guy in Miami at a party whos both parents died in 911. Im still friends with him on facebook.
Sadly, those people over the impact zone never got a chance due to the fact that FUCKING SHEETROCK is what protected the staircases. Why? To cut construction costs, obviously.
There's more to the story I believe that they arent telling us. There was a few little suspicious things that dont add up. Like the fact that 4 of the terrorists paper passports were found at the crash sites. One in the ruble of the collapsed world trade center. Idk how anyone believes that part. There was probably a lot more to the story and they needed to push the narrative that they needed.
As far as I know, my only (tenuous) connection to 9/11 was that the only guy I worked with in the USN who I stayed in touch with after I left in the mid-eighties was in a meeting in some skyscraper not far from the WTC at the time of the attack. The conference room he was in didn't have a view of the towers, and the first they knew of something weird happening was when they spotted sheets of paper fluttering by outside the fifteenth (or whatever) floor window.
He died in his mid-fifties about fifteen years later. He'd always had problems with his weight and he was a pretty dedicated drinker, so I suppose it's most likely those were the primary causes of his early demise. But there was an awful lot of nasty shit in the air that he - and many thousands of others - breathed as they made their way through Manhattan to the ferries, and I have wondered if he might have been a long-term victim.
I didn't know her very well personally, but a close friend of my grandmother and great aunt, who all lived in California, was on one of the planes. She was visiting family in Boston. A couple of days before the attack, my great aunt was on the phone with her, and the friend said "I can't wait to get back home.
I only don't know anyone who died in 9/11 because I have no American relatives.
This is a global site, not just an American one.
