    I have some sociopathic traits... But I don't have the most important ones. I can turn off compassion, but I can have it. Maybe I can just control my empathy and compassion. It would be useful in an emergency.

    I was diagnosed as ASPD so you all do kind of. statistically there would be atleast one more on IIN.

    Yes, I was sort of friends with benefits with him, since he was emotional uninvolved. He is currently in government, climbing his way up the ladder. He was one odd guy. He actually took to mimicking my emotional responses because he didn't know how to act normally. He is better at faking now.

    Myself for one. No but in all seriousness i really dont't give a shit unless its a animal or a baby/child that is outside my family. I care for my family deeply even though they can be a nuisance at times.

    I might be one. No idea, really. Never diagnosed with ASPD or anything like that, and I'm not a psychopath. But I have a very little regard for others' well-being in any sense. Well, except for my parents, they're great.

      It's not an official psychiatric term, but it usually refers to antisocial personality disorder, which is marked by a lack of empathy and compassion, and indifference towards societal rules and the emotions of others. So basically, your average teenager.

          Yeah, a lot of mental illnesses can only be diagnosed after 18. Probably because before that, you'd almost definitely be diagnosed with antisocial personality disorder.

    I know people who extremely apathetic, but not sociopaths. I would however like to meet one, not necessarily be friends but talk.
