No but consider that some people have had accounts before so it only seems like they are newer.
I judge on comments. When I first got here there was a user called Budthewise and he was a douche. But he did have a following. People would seek out his posts and berate him. Those other users were just as bad as him.
Time has flown now and I haven't caught up with the newer people. But, everyone has something to contribute.
I don't I've been on IIN for 3-4 years but it looks like I've been on it for about a 1-2 years because I've had 2 accounts before this one. I do feel some people do judge, especially in the chat rooms they don't like new people, and when I did used to go on there this account was new so I looked new. I'm not very known like some people an I like it that way because I don't have to worry about saying something wrong. The point of an anonymous site it to you know not be known.
I've been an official member for nearly 3 and a half years which is longer than nearly anyone who still frequents if not the longest however I refrain from really getting to know anyone because eventually everyone moves along.
I do judge them a tiny bit, but I hold my tongue until proven otherwise.
For one thing, it's impossible to tell. Some people have multiple accounts, so it looks like they've only been here 10 minutes when really they've been here for 5 years (obvious exaggeration, but you get the point). I guess they would presume them to have less friends here if they were new, but that's about it. Some new people have the knack of making IIN friends quickly though, so even judging people that way doesn't work.
I guess I'm always impressed when I see really old users, like with 4-figure user numbers. It's like trainspotting though, you just enjoy seeing the rare early specimens of IIN members. I don't judge them as better people though, or see them more positively or anything.
I try not to judge, but I do have my favorites! Like...Dom18...FailedCasenova, something like that..Counterfeit.circus...That gummy bear person..
Course I do the newer members I see as younger so its sexier to have them s my d cause theyre like minors
I judge them based on their comments. If I notice a trend in their comments (they're usually mean or their comments are of a purposefully offensive manner or that convey a certain common element of their persona) then I will usually take those traits for granted in their future comments.
I've not thought to judge people by their membership time or posts because having a forum to express what you really think without recrimination is what this site about. My comments are often received as offensive when no offense has intended, rather an yobbo Aussie taking the piss. I get a little piqued off myself when judged to be a lier, but that's life.
I judge others based on the content of their posts. I HATE people who:
Post long, boring comments.
Make nonsensical comments.
Make childish comments.
Make an excessive amount of grammatical and spelling errors.
Act like they own the fucking site!
"We all know what you're against, Senator. Could you please explain what you are FOR?"
I hate people who:
Are under 16 and using the internet.
Are popular on any given site. Seriously, I'm not impressed by you, at all.
Ask and/or post either the same old tired topics.
Ask and/or post about high school garbage or use the site whine about their relationship status. AND, Ask/post about the same old tired topics.
