Do you have sleep troubles?

I could be exhausted from a hard days work and exercise, feeling like i could drop to sleep any second. the second my head hits my pillow i don't feel tired anymore! i've been getting tired around 10pm and unable to sleep until 3am..it's horrible because i have to wake up at 7.30am.

i've tried a lot of relaxation techniques, ect but the only thing that seems to work for me is sleeping tablets.

    Yeah I think most people suffer from insomnia at some point, I have it on/off, a stressful situation will trigger a period of it, or sometimes jet lag.

    I REALLY would not recommend sleeping tablets, they're short term, addictive and they give me restless legs, I suggest just switching to a new environment/changing ends of the bed, and maybe face the clock away from you. That way you don't have to keep staring at it stressing how many hours left till you wake up

    My sleeping issues vary from: Hypersomnia to insomnia to extreme disorientation. All of them come go in periods. Lately, I've been having insomnia and disorientation.

    I usually only have trouble sleeping when I'm anxious to wake up in the morning, which is rarely.

    (Sometimes)I used to when I was in school, it used to take me about 3 hours to properly fall asleep. At the moment my sleep schedule is everywhere it changes between the weekdays and weekend but I can go to sleep within 1.5hours. Summer time = insomnia time though lol.

    To a legendary degree. At its worst, I went weeks with no more than 15-30 minutes sleep a day. Nothing works, not even medication.

    I still function well when exhausted, though. If I couldn't do that, I'd probably have killed myself by now.

    I don't have a job, so I tend to sleep most of the day..

    I make an effort to go to SLEEP at 11 or 12... I end up staying up till times like now.. it's 5am... +_O And I'm still probably gonna be up for another hour despite the fact that I have to get up at 8 for church... -_-"
