I always have a favorite. It changes a lot but I always have one. Right now it's Anywhere but Here by Brian Melo.
Indeed, I just love the different kinds of voices he can make. He can make them sound cool and nasaly like on The Real Thing, nice and deep like on Angel Dust, AND he can also scream like a pro like on King for a Day, Fool for a Life time (particularly that song Cuckoo for Caca). He's like, the king of vocals.
I can get it down to just two. It's either Life On Mars by David Bowie or A Day In The Life by The Beatles.
For No One is much better in my opinion. Then again Revolver is just so different from most of their work.
For No One is utterly brilliant and really really sad. It's one of my favourites. I play it on piano and it sounds even sadder still. Shame I can't sing worth toffee. Doesn't stop me trying, though. :)
Sounds like you need someone else with an equally bad voice to sing with to make you sound better. I would love to audition for the part.
Paul McCartney just has a beautiful way of composing his pieces and there are so many of his that I can not choose from to be my absolute favorite but For No One is definitely one in the pile.
He chooses some very weird keys to write in (three and four flats isn't uncommon). I think we'd probably struggle enough as it is without that added complication. I'd go for it, though. Sounds like fun. As long as we can do Eleanor Rigby, Let It Be, Hey Jude, and Yesterday.
I don't have a favorite but here are the few that I listen to often. These aren't in any order.
Spitting Narcissism.
I'm free - Bryan Adams.
Dark Waltz - Haley Westenra.
Angel underneath - Graham Isaacson.
This is who I am - Salem Al Fakir.
Moving mountains - Two steps from Hell.
Feeling good - Michael Bublé.
Destiny - Syntax.
Left me for dead - Rob Dougan.
Violet hill - Coldplay.
Smooth criminal - David Garrett.
Devils Nightmare - Barrage.
Split My Personality - Salem Al Fakir.
X ammount of words - Blue October.
There are a little more but I think I've gave enough on the list.
It changes, but I don't lose my favorites. I have way too many to list all, so I'll just list a few.

Sometimes I can definitively name my favorite song, but sometimes I have trouble deciding. I guess it depends on my mood. but I do have a list of about 20 songs that I call "my soul music". They're songs that I have a strong emotional reponse to, and will always love for as long as I live. I will never tire of them
"Terrapin Station" by the Greatful Dead. It's a suite in about 5 to 6 parts, beautifully done, good lyrics.
(and you don't have to be stoned to enjoy it)
Sometimes by Candlebox
and
Blues From a Gun by Sugar Ray
just at the moment.
It really depends on my mood. I flash between favorite bands and songs a lot.
i have multiple favorite songs.
listing just one as i'm listening to it now: Eleanor Rigby by the Beatles.
Dirty diana by michael jackson is without a doubt the greatest song EVER!!. I love him so much and all his music. Mj's "give in to me" is also great and so is smooth criminal. I sure hope annie is still ok lol

embrase-panu
niggas in paris- jay z n kanye
show me a good time - drake
not really.
i have favorites for specific groups or genres but not a favorite song overall
my mood changes as do the songs i want to hear
It would have to be a toss-up between two Lauryn Hill songs: Ex-factor (so soothing, I never tire of this song) and I used to love him (a very powerful and cathartic post break-up song)
Yes. It changes from day to day, but I'll always have one song in mind for that particular day, even if it's a different song tomorrow. I'm not going to go into exact songs right now, but I do have some favourites.
