Do you have a healthy diet?

Do you eat nothing but junk or are you on a strict sugar, wheat, dairy, egg, taste free diet? would others think it healthy?

I think I have a healthy diet and others would agree. 26

I indulge every now and then. Generally, I stay away from processed crap. Why eat it if it offers no nutritional benefits?

I don't practice what I preach. I try to be a good vegetarian. I really do. And I try to eat healthily. But I've been stressed as fuck with work and something was going to slip. It turns out it was me. And then I did it again. I'm officially back in the domain of the meat-eaters. And I'm rabid for it. Seriously rabid. I'd eat people from IIN.

And what type of sauce goes best with IIN users?

Hmm, blue cheese sauce for devilla, ItDuz and TheConsciousElectron (welcome back, btw... haven't seen you for ages), ketchup for wigsplitz, pesto for you, plum sauce for me, and lemon sauce for thisissomuchfun.

        And chocolate sauce for TheManagement.

My basic rule is to not eat anything more than 2 steps away from it's natural state.

I don't eat much... Probably a third of my calories are sugar because I don't eat carbs much unless they're in the form of ice cream or candy. All my meals are just veggies and meat. I don't eat pasta, potatoes or bread much. I know I get my vitamins, but I do feel bad about having to have something sweet at least once / day.

Ugh. I went through the super healthy/restrictive/vegetarian/no junk BULLSHIT diet and I felt like crap. I lost a lot of weight--muscle weight too--and I was sick all the time and depressed. I even got mono. I need red meat and sugar and freaking pancakes to feel good. Healthy? I dunno but I feel damn good eating that stuff and I don't want to eat "healthy" just to waste away and feel like crap.
Id rather live 50 fun years than 100 boring ones.

It was healthy before I came to Uni. Now I live on chocolate and crisps as I usually can't be bothered to cook, and I'm not very good at it hehe.

I generally try to stay with eating only raw foods. I do stray and eat vegan breads sometimes with a raw pesto or spread. I am a "raw vegan".

I try to have one. I try to eat right. I generally fulfil my expectations, as i don't really 'crave' salty, sweet, fatty foods in general anyway.
Heres how i see it. When you eat right, over time, your body will not 'Crave' as much junk as it did whilst you were EATING the junk. Its habit.
I mean, do you see many monkeys eating junk food all the time? No. So why are humans doing it? Think about it. WE NEED GREENERY IN OUR SYSTEMS! :)

  • I was raised eating organic foods, so my taste preferences lean towards wholesome - I'm generally not interested in salty, sweet, or fried foods. My struggle isn't with eating healthy, it's with portion control and consistent daily exercise.

My diet is very healthy but I have my moments. And those moments are usually followed by a sick feeling. Generally, I stay away from processed food and try to eat food in whole form.
