    Depends on the religion.
There are good ones and bad ones.

I don't hate religion, I think to some people it can be a good thing. But I dislike how it breeds close-mindedness, that's mainly do to the peoples interpretation and I know not everyone is like that.

    I am religious, so no.
I don't condone a lot of the things that people have done in the name of religion. I facepalm everytime I hear/see someone who is religious or representing it say something completely ignorant or bigoted ("omg if evulution is real y r thurr still munkey?" You get my drift) because I know that this is what people who are non-religious are judging me by and many of them make negative judgements against me because of the statements and actions of others.

I'm very laid back and tolerant, I love science and am very much in favor of the church/state separation and I genuinely love spirituality and what it has to offer, but as soon as I mention that I am religious, I am ultimately associated with every dumbass who has opened his mouth and made a fool of us all in the process.

I don't hate religion. It's the people who poorly represent it that piss me off.

If christianity is followed as it was meant to be, it is more of a way of life than a religion. And no, I think that even an atheist would be very unwise to "hate" religion. Since the beginning of time humans have believed in a higher power which has been interpreted in many different forms.
Personally, I am just glad I have found the one path to true salvation.
    God bless.

As long as the religion does not condone people hurting themselves or other individuals, I don't have a problem with it.

religion was a means to divide and conquer. When science and religion contradict themselves you know there is something amiss.

I don't hate religion, eventough I'm not religious myself. But just a bit believing in things that cannot be proven, I see no harm in that.

However I do hate all the things that people came up with to be part of religion, all the rules about how people should live their lives. Rules about what's good and what's not. Let people decide that for themselves! They don't need religion for that!

Of course not. People should be smart enough to figure what is reasonable behaviour. Religious or not. Also simply being raised something does not mean you believe it.

I never followed anything I was taught and questioned everything. People should know what is a polite way to carry themselves religious or not. As well as that I think people should be open minded and realize not everyone is of the same culture or religion.

So getting pissy over things like "Bless you" is rude. If someone from japan would bow to a person who gives hand shakes is it polite to say "We don't do that here stupid"! No, you understand they are from another country. If you really would prefer them to shake your hand ASK POLITELY. Hate the people not what they follow.
