I remember when if school as a little kid they use to time our potty breaks. If we took to long they said we were ditching class and gave us a detention slip. Even if you were finished with everything and just sitting in class waiting. Anyone else find this kind of stuff annoying when smaller?

No. Reason being, I have had teachers that just never cared to pay attention so those little snots in my class would take their sweet time and everyone else in the classroom would end up waiting 20 something minutes. Assholes.
I've had a lot more.fuss and commentary on how long I take from cishet woman former friends than I ever did in school.

Not really. If you had a plausible explanation as to why you were taking so long then they shouldn't have given you a slip for detention.
She said "No, you're wrong." I said "You got a lumpy butt." She got mad at me and yelled at me and I pissed in my pants and I never did change my pee-pants all day. I'm still sittin' in my dirty pee-pants.
