I noticed most people don't go out anymore and just rely on grocery delivery service or buy clothes online and wait a few weeks for the clothes. I prefer to go out and they think it's weird. What do you guys do?

If I have to buy clothing, I go to a store, try it out and then buy it. Every clothes manufacturer has their own sizes, so you end up with having stuff that ranges from S to XXXL
Seriously, I have a few shirts from different manufacturers and I have one that's L, one that's XL, one that's M and one that's XXL. It's just stupidity and madness at it's finest!
Same thing for jeans and trousers! There really should be a world standard for clothes sizes.
So I never buy clothes online! I do buy car parts, tools and other small items online, but for larger purchases I have to go and look at something before I buy it.
Almost entirely the old fashioned way. I do look for deals online sometimes though.
Depends on what I need. I don't mind the grocery store because I like picking out my own produce. But when I am super busy or someone is sick...I love online shopping. However they don't have grocery delivery in my area.
