I want to say all the time. But I've lived with it to the point where I can at least keep myself entertained or rule out logically why I'm alone. However, I have good friends and people I can call up. That's all I have really good friends, and I'm very thankful for them. But I want someone who's more than a friend. Anyways, I feel lonely a lot of the time, but I try not to dwell on it.
Certainly, I do experience that sometimes. I'm a bit of a lone wolf but only due to the fact that my likes aren't usually the likes of others and I'm not into the usual stuff that people are into. It makes conversation a bland attempt when I don't know popular celebrities and their songs, TV shows or sports. "You don't know/haven't watched this song/movie?" "Yes thats what I said", "Where have you been?" "Well, having fun with my own hobbies~" So many times.
Though there are perks such as little drama, few people bother me, and I can observe people's conversations and learn things they might not know that I know. Needing people for acceptance isn't there either. I do have my few very good gamer friends who I've known for years and with the fun we've had, that quickly negates any split moment of loneliness.
Could you explain me how do you do to enjoy your own company? It could probably help me a lot too
Well I like reading. For example, I'll find a good book series and read them.
I also do a lot of painting, I recently found a really good cheap crafts shop which sells huge canvases. Having something to keep me focused on for a while works.
Listening to music is good. Especially discovering new artists and their music.
And I'm a baker, so practising products at home is good too.
Do you have any hobbies? Perhaps you could take up doing something.
Now I get you better!
I have some hobbies, for example I watch 10 tv series, I like movies, I love music and surfing in Internet. Those are my hobbies basically, the issue is I easily get tired of them, and I would like to have friends to get out, to phone them, or simply someone to talk when I need them or vice versa.
Anyways thanks for your help :)
Most days, but not intensely or in an "existential crisis" sort of way. I just wish I was with a friend or two to while away the time in a more enjoyable way. I do meet up with friends very often (I live with them, so it's kind of a given), so I don't get lonely often.
I miss sex, but I wouldn't call that loneliness :P
