I agree. I often check the "no comments yet" list. many of them a valid questions, but I don't know how to answer them.
If I see a story with no comments, I'll always read it. Normally, I can't make a responce that is either humourous, helpful or interesting, and in that case I'll move on. It sucks if I can't help the person, but I'd rather say nothing than say something uninformed that could make the situation even worse for the OP.
