They work better if you hang them over the window in the bedroom you sleep in. I have one in my room and some places I sleep around the house, Im rested in the am and bad dreams rarely affect me, maybe there is a faith component?

I have a dream catcher over my bed. Can't say it really "helps" me sleep. But I love the conceptual and artistic value it holds.

I used to have a dream catcher over my bed but then I got my cat, he was just a nine week old baby and he decided it was a toy.

I have lots of dream-catchers, but I only use them for decorative purposes.
