Do you ever incorporate real life noises into your dream?

So this has happened a few times with me. I will be dreaming (towards the end of my sleep cycle) and I can hear stuff that is happening in real life, but I continue in a full dream state while incorporating the sounds into it. Today I heard my cat meowing, and in my dream, it ended up that she was locked in a room upstairs. Well I wake up from it, only to find my cat meowing outside of my bedroom door wanting to get in. This has also happened when I heard my dad talking, and in my dream, my dad was in a meeting with someone, then I wake up, only to still hear my dad talking on the phone in the other room about the same thing he was talking about in my dream.

Yeah, sometimes. 42
No, never. 3

Most of the time I wake up to my alarm clock buzzer being a part of my dream, for I example a week or a so ago my buzzer was a dj in a club and the bass was the buzzer noise. It happens to me very often.

Also all the time. Once I fell asleep with the radio on and I had a dream about David Tennant showing me a whiteboard. He was saying someone like David Bowie or Tom Yorke could write a song on it then Tom Yorke was there writing out some chords. When I woke up, after a song had finished, the presenters said something about them writing on a whiteboard, sort reiterating.

All the time. Background noises often enter my dreams. I even wrote a post about it.
