Is it normal that I question my girlfriends integrity? She cheated on me once but I don't think that has anything to do with it because it was resolved, but sometimes at night I'll sit up and my brain will say "She doesn't even like you. She's jus to using you because you're convenient," etc. We've been together for almost 3 years but sometimes I feel like she hates me.

Am I going crazy? Why would I think this even though I know she likes me? Does she secretly hate me?

    If you still don't trust her, then just leave her. In my opinion, you should have left the second she cheated on you.
