No, I figure I must be an introvert. It's not bad if I'm around people I know well, but getting to that point is the hardest part. I seem to get anxiety meeting new people and things don't go all that well. Socializing is a stressful and tiring thing for me. When I find myself in an unfamiliar social event, the next day I'm just drained and feel the need to recover. I'm not even sure why I am that way, what made me like that, or what's wrong with me. I've just always been like that for some reason. Everyone has demons they have to face in their life, social situations seem to be mine.
Nope. Im okay if I know the person, or if the person is shy like me :3 I cant stand big groups of people I don't know its intimidating for me, meeting new people and just talking to strangers is a challenge for me, I hate being this way, but I don't know Im trying! I just feel so different from everyone else.
Only if its around people I know well. Though lately, I've been doing terrible around them too.
damn OP, that question had me on a roll *deletes two paragraphs* I'm on to your sneaky antics
In short, no... and by no I mean a huge, dysfunctional and backwards porcupine. But since I was never this way originally, I can only think it's a passing phase... or hope
It really depends on how comfortable I am in the situation.
If I'm with a bunch of stuffed shirts, standing around discussing shit I'm uninterested in or knowledgeable about, then I'm pretty uncomfortable.
However in a casual situation with people I have something in common with, then I am quite comfortable.
