Do you consider yourself shy?

I'm friendly but don't usually talk unless the other person initiates it.

i wish i could be comfortable and talk to every person at work and them liking me and wanted to invite me everywhere and being friends with everyone but i feel like my shyness has limited my whole social life.

I'm more antisocial than I am shy. I can talk to people easily, but wanting to is a different story.

It depends on the day. Today, for example, I talked to a few of people who I normally wouldn't have been able to speak to, and the day before I got into a decent enough first ever conversation with a girl I'm crushing on. Other days, I'm so shy that I can't even talk to my best friends hardly at all.

I'm not shy at all. Some people think I'm shy because I am reserved but I can really stir up a conversation when I want to. Its better to be quiet and be seen as shy, than to talk and be seen as a fool.
