Nope I'm a lazy bum who never works out and loves food :p But thank gawd for my mom's side of the gene pool because I should totally be a lump of lard but I'm not.
I don't look fat at all, but under my clothes I am. I am 5'2" at 150lbs.
Its contributed to eating all the wrong foods (fast/boxed/canned/sugary foods and no veggies or fruits), ZERO exercise, and eating NOTHING at breakfast and TONS at night. Losing 30lbs would make me happy but with the habits I need to change its easier said than done o_O
I play football (you americans call it soccer for some weird reason) like twice a week and lately ive been doing push ups and sit ups twice a week. My body is at that stage I think it would really change quickly if I was working out.
I'm not overweight but I'm not at the peak of my physical fitness either. I'd like to be more toned (vanity). Just have to get back into the exercise.

I am in semi Decent shape. Not how in shape as I use to be. I can run 8 minute mile, and push ups and everything. I use to be able to do a lot more push ups though and I kind of chubby now. I also burn a ton of calories and my weight fluctuates between chubby and thin. I need to regulate my diet and start working out.
I'm quite slim but still can't walk up some stairs without sounding like Darth Vader afterwards, so I really don't consider myself being "in shape" :)

None of the options fit me. I'm skinny as fuck but I am NOT in shape. I can barely run a block. Damn smoking & lack of exercise. ;)
I'm under weight and also a vegetarian, working my way to be a vegan but I dont consider myself in shape.
I have unhealthy sleeping patterns, I don't eat very mucb, and i smoke way too much weed and I never really excersize.
I know I'm out of shape and I know I should get in shape, eat healthy, etc, but *yawn* who has the time? haha ;p
Depends on my personal perception on any given day methinks. Sometimes I look in the mirror and consider myself in shape, other days I feel down-right obese.
Reality is that my weight hasn't changed a great deal in the last few years, though.

I did, had an eight pack and was 12 1/2 stone with a 12% body fat. now im only 12 stone only got a 6 pack and have about 13% body fat. Its weird even though i sort of know im in good shape i still feel shit for not hitting it like i was a few month ago.
I'm fairly comfortable where I'm at. maybe ten more pounds to lose and I'll be good. I'm quite strong for a woman though, so I don't rely soley on what the scale says. I'm 5'6" and 160 pounds. But I wear 30 to 32 inch waist pants. I don't think that's fat. I'd really like to quit smoking. Then I'd be in better shape internally
I'm 5ft and weigh 97 pounds but have a lil bit of a pudgy in the belly but people say I'm skinny.
in shape, but i notice that i eat nonstop. just can't satisfy the hunger!#@$#@$ and i am a huge health freak too.
I'm average for my height. I don't have a bulgy stomach at all. I do have love handles that won't go away no matter how much I work out.
