No, but I think people can pretend to do so.

It's all cold-reading and messing with people's heads. People who claim to be mediums or psychics are always in one of these two catagories:

1. A cold-hearted son of a ***** who likes to make people believe he is really special and to mess with whats left of his victim's puny susceptible minds.

2. A person with an untreated serious mental disorder (and not knowing it) whose surroundings have moronically convinced this person into thinking its a gift.

Some psychics are real and millions of them are fake.

You will know when you come across a real psychic as they don't just use barnum statements or cold reading skills. They quickly and easily pick up on names, dates of birth, the lot.

There are three types of psychics/medium in the world. Most people only meet two.

The first psychic is the one who is 100% fake. You can tell who they are because you never see them or you see them in a shop and they have a crystal ball.

The second type of psychic is poorly trained. They utilize cold reading first, and their slim talent second.

The third type of psychic is the one you won't meet unless you're involved in occult or pagan practices. You'll know what they say is true because you'll know (and they'll know you know) them by sight from the first two.

Harry Houdini spent alot of money trying to prove one psychic and proved all of those he tried false. Also, ESP has never been proved, there was an offer of a million dollars years ago for anybody who could prove they had ESP, it was never proven, if a person were really a psyhic, all they would have to do is have the dead person tell them the answers, so sorry, but to me it has never been proven (with 1 exception, King Saul and the witch)

I personally have lots of moments where I am "psychic". I don't know where it comes from, I can't control it, but it happens. It's more than just being more oservant or in tune, it goes beyond that. It extends to things that I have NO reason to know or even be thinking about, things beyond reason or probability. So...I do believe people CAN be psychic, but most of the ones yyou see around are scammers. I don't really believe it's a skill you can control or sell legitimately. From the moments I've had, I find it usually helps me in survival and/or comfort.

What makes you think psychics are contacting the spirits of someone who was once alive? Everything in this world sends us some type of message. How we interpret it is up to interpretation.

Other - it depends on a few factors.

If you are using the phone-psychics then they train their "psychics" to keep you on the line as LONG AS POSSIBLE.

That means, they don't care about giving you a real reading... they care about how much money they can milk out of your bank account.

Always keep that in mind if you're going to a psychic to pay for services.

Many of them are trained to look for clues in your facial expressions, how you move, how you talk, or even to listen to verbal hints to "surprise" you with how much they know about you.

Sometimes it's not a "spirit" telling them the truth but plain old trickery.

Also... let's pretend you DO find someone who really can talk to spirits.
Why would you think spirits care about us? Just because they're dead doesn't mean they're wise. And it's been said that just because you contact a spirit... doesn't mean it will tell you the truth.

If you really have questions you want answered, consider meditation and therapy depending on what you need.

For example, I know a woman who's marriage was falling apart. She refused to go to a marriage counselor and instead picked up a box of tarot cards.

I have nothing against tarot cards but MOST true psychics and people who deal with such matters will tell you to NOT use them in place of getting real therapy.

Literally I am one.I work online as a psychic lol 5 star rated with over 535 reviews currently,have helped over 1200 in 3 years time lol I am not going to "advertise" here I have more class than that but yes,I know there are sooo many frauds out there it's sad and pathetic.In all honesty it's hard to be a reputable psychic these days,always has been I suppose.I am not always 100% right about things but I try to help people in any case.Funny thing is? I believe in God and Jesus and people call me a "lair" though what am I lying about? the people who come to me have to be shown PROOF of what I am talking about before I allow them to hire me.TBH I am always the one giving them back money if I am not accurate! I help as many people as possible.There are many many fakes,just NEVER give any info to someone but remember,we are all human even psychics :)
