well it isnt really love if its your eyes that are in love am i the only one that gets that? im not a loving person and yet i know more about it that most people who knows maybe because i know love can never be so fast to happen but what do i know ask the teens of the world they know it perfectly dont they -rolls eyes-
"Well, maybe not love at first sight.... but instant attration? Sure."
-Duma Key by Stephen King
This was invented in movies pretty much...Love at first sight is just like "the american dream" something everyone wants to experience but once you get a glimpse of the dark underbelly you realize that it was all a lie...
love is only real in the movies. were just a bunch of people trying to get by, some do better with a partner
People need to learn the difference between "love" and being "in love". Being "in love" is a disease; it's just an intense crush, obsession or infatuation.
Hard for me to believe..
I've seen some cute, innocent looking, completly adorable love them the second you seee them..
Only to uncover that they are users, or theives..
Love at first sight is just over romanticized..
I think there is just that group of people (people like me) who fall in love at first sight with everyone they see..
Then when one of them finally click, they REALLY romanticize it..
I believe you can like them alot at first sight but i don't think you can love someone without knowing them for a while before.
Not really love, but that sort-of happened to me. It sucks. For some reason, it makes me feel hopeless when I think deeply about it.
I did believe in it once, thought I had it to, but then I realised it's more lust at first sight really .. ? After 2 years and dating him twice I still thought I was in love with him. But then I pulled someone fit and I was over him. Was then that I realised that even though it is a very romantic idea and I wish one day I could experience it.. it's probably just human lust, unfortunately :L
I think it's a nice idea, but no. You can be attracted to someone, through their looks, but not love. To love means to take in someones flaws and best features, and to accept them and love them. you would do anything for them, they are your life. But I don't believe you can love someone from just seeing them walk past, unless theres maybe a spiritual reason behind it :)
love at first sight is impossible unless u have very good control of the soul life
the first sight is normally just physical attraction
love is emotional, when you would rather listen to her talk than to sqeeze her tits, thats love
there is no love at first sight cause you dont know the person in front of you and its just when you see someone beautiful you think wow i am in love with her or something its not real its just lust.
Nobody has the correct answer to that , because its something you feel, or believe, but nobody knows how it feels cause' everyone has different feelings for everything.
but in my opinion i think you cant fall in love at first sight, its almost impossible.
But to fall in-love with someone it takes "Years, You don’t really fall in love with someone until you’ve been in a relationship for years"
But I've never been "in-love" but i have loved someone , i just made myself think i was in- love.
But if you do think you fell in-love at first sight , most people say :it feels like drugs , its like love overtakes your mind.
* but who am i to answer, because once i love , i love forever.
I wouldn't say yes and I wouldn't say just a crush. I mean technically love is impossible to be achieved by the sense of vision but, I have experienced an insanely strong connection before with someone and being in their presence was intoxicating. Eventually we grew to be truly in love because we ended up developing a relationship but, prior to speaking, I couldn't take my eyes off of him. And we're equally attractive so it wasn't like looking at a movie star but he is beautiful but in a deeper way.
I believe in lust at first sight. Love takes time. I think you can end up falling in love and having a long term relationship with someone who was an object of lust at first sight, but that's about it.
To me love is never first sight, it is a feeling that grows gradually like a snowball down a hill.
This is actually quite a coincidence. When this school year began, we had a new girl in the class, I "liked" her as soon as I saw her face... weeks passed and soon she got kicked out of school. I wanted to tell her how I felt, but I didn't have the balls. But watch this, she told my BEST FRIEND, Lance, that she liked me but not to tell me! I swear I gave Lance the hardest slap anyone could ever feel! That douche-bag couldn't at least give me hints!!!!
It's cliche and corny, but sometimes, you really do 'just know'. And I knew when I met my husband he was the one. Even though he gets on my damn nerves sometimes!
You cant fall in love with someone the second you see them.
Maybe you feel that the relationship can go somewhere, but definitely not love.
well, i had a crush at first sight, but now i love that girl so, does that count?
No not love but animal lust or passion that can resemble the strong feelings you get when your in love .
i think you can feel an instant attraction to someone, i've been there before. but i don't think you can love someone at first sight.
I did. He's sitting right next to me now. I knew he was the one as soon as our eyes met...was weird but not complaining.
i believe it can happen, not that i've experienced it or know of any love at first sight cases though
