You're so lucky. I love my boyfriend, but honestly I don't think we will end up married. I believe I will die alone someday, which to me isn't quite so bad.

Not any more. Every person I meet has a varying degree of compatibility with me. If you're above a certain level, I'll have a relationship with you. There is one woman out there, walking the earth, who is more compatible with me than any of the others. Chances of meeting her? Virtually zero. I don't even give her a second thought.

There are probably five hundred million women I'm compatible with and any of them would do. There are probably fifty million I'm highly compatible with and that would be great. There are probably five million I would call my soulmate. It doesn't mean I have five million soulmates. It's just the weight of numbers.

I have a girlfriend at the moment and it's early days, but I can see we're working out how highly we rate compatibility-wise with each other. She seems interested and I'm interested in her. We share certain things and we may grow close or one day even get married. We may grow co-dependent and I might one day think she's my soulmate, she may even become it. But she wasn't it before I met her, nor is she it now. She's just someone I like a lot and think I may have a future with.

i believe that there are many MANY people a person can be perfectly compatible with, it's just a matter of which one you find first.

I think it depends on how you view a soulmate. I have a few soulmates. For me, they are life long companions who feel like people I have known forever. I married one, I like to bitch about my husband with another, and I'm sure there are some I haven't met yet.

Where's the "no, that's fucking stupid" option?

  • There isn't such a thing called "soul". There's only flesh and bone.

In my lifetime, I have met a two men that I have felt deeply connected to. It was as if they were a missing part of me.

But one is dead and the other is...very unavailable. So I refuse to believe that that's my lot and I cannot make other connections like that during my life time. That's too fucking depressing.

Realistically, though, I'm pessimistic about it, buuut...I'm not completely defeated yet.

Yes there are soulmates, twin flames, divine complements.
even if we dont end up with them in this lifetime we do eventually end up together.
Google Divine complements- they are mirror images of ourselves & are there to help us see what needs to be changed in ourseves for the better.

  • Could be because just been watching the Jeremy Kyle show!...but I wouldn't know about soul mates...but just trying to find someone you love and to always be together without any cheating would be a dream for me...good enough as a soul mate :)

There's this theory that a person meets their soulmate on their last reincarnation. You can never be sure but I don't think this is my last time (although I hope it was). Until then I'm marrying my best friend as well...

What was that joke? The one that went like, isn't it funny how your soul mate is always from the same area as you, never like an old Tibetan woman on the other side of the world?

I do believe in soulmates yes, its a nice thing to believe in. Although almost contrary to that, I believe that people's ideas, values and philosophies evolve over time so it is possible that you can find your soulmate and think its forever but actually grow apart. That's individuality for you.

Well, most of the couples I know are perfect together... Seriously, I'm jealous. When they find that right someone, their life is bliss and none of these couples have broken up for so long... Or they always get back together...

And for me, I know there's a certain person for me out there, because I'm currently missing them from my life, whoever it is.
