Even if fate does exist, you don't know what it will hold so why change anything you do?
I feel people use it though as a general excuse to feel sorry for themselves and do nothing which IMO is a very cowardly thing to do
"I, like God, do not play with dice and do not believe in coincidence." - V (V for Vendetta)
No.
I believe little things can charter your course or set your path, kind of like Karma, the Butterfly Effect, or Hitsuzen.
But you can change your path, or set a different course if you do the right thing.
The future may written down in advance, but it can be altered and rewritten.
No, if I didn't take charge of my own life nothing would ever get done and life would be very boring indeed
It's a fun concept but it doesn't exist. No way. Human minds like to try to make sense or reasons for everything happening-just because we CAN make connections between events, doesn't mean the connections actually exist or even happened the way we percieved it, or had any meaning behind them.
Fate is no less of an attempt to put meaning into our lives than religion is. Fate is also used as an excuse just like religion is.
I believe certain things are destined to be. At the moment it happens it may seem insignificant but it can be pivotal in the future.
I do not believe in fate. I do believe in serendipity. People project certain attitudes and awareness-es that trigger unexpectedly unique opportunities.
Be open minded. You will be surprised how the world reacts to you.
I believe that a persons personality makes them better in certain areas possibly affecting their success or the things that they do in their life. With that said we all ultimately control our life through the choices that we make.
Depends, I believe once we die, if we did good deads in our life, as in more good than bad, we go to heaven. And if we did more bad then good, we rot in hell. Thats how i look at life.
Fate doesn't change because what we do WAS our fate. Get it?
I could make up my own word, 'doop'. Doop is the reality that something won't happen. We all have doop, we all have things that won't happen to us, let's say swallow ourselves. Does doop exist?
The voting is even because people differ from perspectives of the word. Karma on the other hand is bollocks.
I think fate is created when somebody makes a huge decision that leads to a point of no return. I personally believe in karma so it could be complicated if they made such a decision in a past life.
