Do women notice if guy wears same shirt 3 days in a row?

Just because no one says anything doesn't automatically mean that they don't notice anything. In your case though, they may notice that you are wearing different black shirts and not the same one every day.

Theres a guy in my home town, every time I see him hes wearing the same clothes. Its very noticable because he's fat as fuck with a big pot belly that swings side to side when he walks and also because he wears a bright yellow brazil football shirt and black sweat pants. I think there's something wrong with him mentally.

Also, I lived in a hostel for a while and there was this old guy who just refused to wash or change his clothes. He was capable of looking after himself but he was just a dirty bastard. He once went 3 months without changing his trousers and he stunk of pure 3 month old gooch sweat.

People may notice, and even quietly judge others, but they still don't care. After their little moment of seeing someone and making their little judgement, they then move on and not give it another second of thought. Overall, they're wrapped up in their own lives. I'm not talking about you or the black shirts, I'm just talking about how many people in the world are in general when they see others. I'm sure there are people who judge me when they see me, but once I'm gone, I'm sure they've forgotten about it. People will only continue to think about someone they've seen if it's an exception, like someone a person sees who they found really hot and are seriously wanting to hook up. Or they may continue to think about it if they'd just seen some physical freak of nature such as someone who's got three eyes.
