Why do some ex's refuse to give us closure after a breakup?
How can we close the relationship without the other person?

    It helps, but no. I don't think we need the other person for closure. It might take longer though.

    Being dumped without an explanation: they are still expected to accept it and move on. An explanation would help bring closure. Not giving an explanation is cowardly.
