kay, so the following going to sound prolly a bit weird mixed in with cute and confusing.  I met my cousin 2 years ago for the first time properly along w my younger sister. We all hit it off and each weekend for 5 or 6 months we had a blast going a lot of places together. She would say things such as the following-   
I always think of you, where have you been all my life? I feel like a school kid again, I've never laughed so much in all my life, you're so funny, we have a strong spiritual connection like we are always with each other. One time she said she were going to text and wish me a happy valentine's day but didnt as thought it to be inappropriate? We would buy each other gifts, look at each other straight in the eyes and smile and she would light up.  
I got super excited around her. We held hands once at a market, she said people prolly think we are gay! We had a great amount of joking around mixed with banter too! I'd sometimes talk with her on the phone for 1 -2hrs. Text quite frequently and say cute things. I also love her voice and her laugh. This was all kinda scary and intense and amazing. Once I said to her as a joke- 'If I were a man, would you marry me?", and I said to her she is beautiful. She asked me that same day "Idk if u have feelings for me? I said maybe I cant help it, she said aww that's sweet. Idk to this day if she was joking or it were a serious question? I told her on the phone 1 month ago, I love her a lot and dont feel a connection w many people and she said she finds it hard to say the L word but said I do love u guys a lot and how she loves me. We are both f.  
Do u think she has feelings? When she came to pick me up, I told her my driving instructor bought me flowers for passing my test. She is like that's a bit odd, She asked how old is he? I told her 38, shes like well do u like him? I said um well no I told him I dont want a relationship. She said with any guy or just with him? If a guy was interested would u date them? Or do u date girls or are u bi ..I said how'd u know about the sexuality thing? Shes like I got the vibe, cheeky smile and said I like guy. Like we were crossing the rd at night n kinda brushed hands and held for a little, and she pat my leg randomly at the festival, and said just trying to see if you're cold and I swear she kinda dressed up a little b4 hanging. She also always stares at me and smiles and giggles randomly. One time I caught her staring at side of my face when I was looking at the stage And I said what? And we laughed- Does she have feelings? I make it known how I like women now so she knows im open. I once loved a girl, I date women.  
I compliment her eg asked her what's her height? She said 5 "2, I said aww cute so small and she had a massive smile
