Do people that always do super stinky poos have a health problem?

This person was telling me that they work in an office and when one of the women at the office at work goes to the bathroom to poo it actually reeks out in the office where people are trying to do their work as well and that this happens every single day.

Which brings me back to my quesiton. Do people that have poo that stinky have a health problem or is just the way some people are?

    It could depend on her diet.
    Although it's shit so it smells like, well, shit. I don't believe many people start to salivate when getting a whiff of shit.
