They say that men don't really notice fashion as long as you have a great figure. But from what I've experienced, men do notice fashion. They are just not fussy as women. And they do seem to hate certain types of fashion. But they do notice, and overall they prefer a stylish women over a non-stylish one. They can also tell when your hair is looking great.

There are men who notice, and those that don't.
There are women who notice, and those that don't.
The thing that men notice the most is your face. Then your body. Then what you're wearing. And even then what you're wearing really isn't a big deal. So long as it's fairly normal clothes, it doesn't really bother us. I would say most men don't care about fashion, and certainly not womens fashion for that matter.
Only feminine guys really notice that much. I'm pretty feminine and I notice stuff a lot. I constantly find myself cruticizing outfits in my head.
Unless you're into feminine guys I wouldn't worry about it too much.
It's interesting to see the comments on that post. I sometimes ask myself this question.
I probably pay more attention to fashion more than the average guy. Even then though it's still the last thing I notice on a female I am interested in. But that doesn't mean it's not important to me. I do like a girl who has a unique sense of style.
Fashion doesn't bother me I just look at your face, your shoes or feet, figure then I'm done
