Well I'm a 22 year old guy and I just bought a yellow silicone wristband. But my wrists are very skinny, and the band is not elastic, so it hangs loose. Does this look weird, or effeminate? Or ok?
P.S. Anyone know any site where I can buy elastic thin plain wristbands?

It's a wristband dude. It doesn't matter. Nobody is gonna judge you for wearing a silly wristband.

Wired, hell! Clearing customs out of Bequia I put the wrong MONTH on the forms. I realized it only after clearing into St. Lucia the next day. In all, customs agents and immigration agents (4 individuals) in two countries failed to notice my error. They all wore watches, too.
Anyway, I did say "is useful sometimes", right?
It doesn't really matter much, but a loose wristband will make your wrists look even skinnier.
Simple accessories look best on men, I think. Nothing with lots of stones, cutwork, or "bling", that just looks fake and cheesy to me.
A decent metal or leather bracelet/wristband or a watch look good. I think a simple chain necklace looks nice against a man's chest, or one of those hook things the host from Amazing Race wears. Rings without stones look nice on men's fingers.
Personally I don't find silicone wristbands very attractive, I don't really mind if a guy is skinny - I think slender hands can be very attractive with the right accessories. I absolutely love leather cuffs, sweat bands and bracelets, but a chunky black/brown watch can be really hot as well.
.. if someone judges your wrist or your wristband kick them in a face (hard... like cave that shit in) and steal their money.
a nice all white or all black watch on a guy looks really good! I think when you pair the silicone wristbands with a swag outfit it looks hot or if you wear them on one arm and an expensive watch on the other wrist won't make you look cheap.
Loose wrist band? On a guy? Effeminate. Try hotter things like golden chain necklaces, low hanging shirts, and big thick belts. Now that's what I'm talkin' about.
