Do i wank to much ?

I wank probably atleast 2 times everyday. But half the time it goes up to 4 times in one day. Im not if its unhealthy for me, or if it will shorten the amount of time i last before blowing my load and apperently it makes your dick smaller. Not sure about that one :') just wondering if someone could give me some tips wether i should stop or not and what ways its bad for me
