Do i trust him or just don't care?

I'm in a long distance relationship.

During the initial weeks away, I got insecure of him cheating on me. I try not to get too carried away. Anyway, I told him to at least send me good morning, a picture, and good night. When he doesn't send me good night or good morning, especially when he goes out, I get insecure.

Now, when he doesn't text me good night, I don't feel anything. Does this mean I trust him or I just don't care?

    I'd say talk dirty to him a little and gauge his reaction. If he's cheating he probably won't be too interested unless his libido is really high.

      I'm not trying to figure out if he's cheating. I'm trying to figure out if I trust him or don't care.

    It sounds like you are rather young, and so is he....no more than 20 I'd guess.

    If it doesn't "bother you" that he doesn't always text you, and you still have feelings for him, it means you trust him. A lot of dudes don't think to text, and certainly not 3x a day. Doesn't mean they don't like you, just, that they are self-absorbed douches as most guys his age are.

      No, he is 26. He texts me regularly, but he's not the type to text whilst in the company of others, more as in "I'm going to be out with friends, talk later."

      Yes, I think I'm figuring it out. I think I do trust him but my cynical nature is trying to get in the way of it.
