Do i have brain damage because of climing i don't feel the same though

I climed a 4000 mts Mountain, having a record going up, i had to wait like an hour and half up there freezing and i fall sleep. My friends came up and i woke up and started going down fast, at about 3000mts high i felt dizzy and nauseous, couldnt breath well. I tried to concentrate buy I got scared because no one was around me, my friends were going down faster than me because they were warm. i ate a bisket with loads of vegemite and went down the mountain instinctively but feelig strange. then down there everything went fine but after a few days i started to get panic attacs and felt head ache couldnt eat properely because felt food stack in my throat, many times had the same feeling as up there in the mountain... doctors told me that was stress and gave me strong drugs. i didnt take them for long as i knew it wasnt stress...im not that sort of person. surely. so, i continued training but couldnt breath properely and got sofocated many times. pain in chest and feel scared.
I think the mountain high an low oxigen cause this strange feelings, till now i still have strange pinch head aches, panics, and my view is strange some times. light herts....loads of strange feelings and loss of memory.
Im a healthy lady. Mexican, sorry about my English grammar.
please tell me some thing, what do you think?

    This is common. This happens becuase the pressure and climate diffrence. If you go to fast you can get sick depending how high up you were you may have got some internal damage. If you come up to fast from deep water you can die. I would say go to doctor and im proboly not super accueate in this thought but it sounds like you need to be examined better if your doc says its nothing.

    CHANGE DOCTOR.
    a friend of mine sued his because he failed to diegnose a brain tumor and had to do and emergency operatin and allmost died. he had very similar simtoms, a bit worse.

    not all doctors a good at their job.

    Tell your doctors you know you are not stressed...tell them until they listen to your story and fix your problem.
