Do i have a small or wide waist?

I am an 18 year old girl and I'm wondering if I have a small waist or not.

My waist is 65 cm/25.5 inches and my hips are 106 cm/41.7 inches (a little unsure about the hips measurment because i dont know exactly where to measure).

Do I have a small, normal or wide waist?
