Im single and i sleep with my mouth open. I want to know if this will affect me when i have a girlfriend. Is it normal to sleep with your mouth open?
In all honesty... If your partner loves you then they won't care about something so minor.
Unless they're stuck up ... or looking for an excuse to pick a fight with you.
Now sure, I dislike that my boyfriend snores sometimes but... that's what headphones are for.
Yeah girls dont give a rats ass really.. the mature ones at least. Everyone sleeps funny. I drool, sleep with my mouth open and talk in my sleep. My girlfriend drools sometimes and grinds her teeth. So I consider us equal..
No worries, just be a good guy and treat women with respect, and they should show you the same respect, if they do say something, make a sarcastic joke about it. Haha it will ease the awkwardness
Everyone looks weird while asleep, and girls don't care. If you are sleeping with this girl chances are she is already interested in you and something like this won't change it. :)
But snoring is a different thing. If it's too loud I've known people that got divorced just because someone couldn't stand it.
i think some girls do and some don't... but if the girl really loves you, then she won't care about it...
as a girl i have no problem if my boyfriend sleeps with mouth open...
My guess is that it might depend on how badly you snore/drool/kick people/night-terrors.
Depending on the girl, it's probably a minor annoyance at best. If she's willing to sleep with you in the first place, she's probably willing to get over the fact that you sleep with your mouth open some. If not, there's always mouth inserts and stuff like that.
I only mind when my boyfriend snores or breathes heavily. But then again it is still way better than his farting...Sleep sounds repulse me a little but nobody can help it, and ironically I am pretty gross when I sleep.
Im actually frustrated with my bf for sleeping with his mouth open, and its not cause Im shallow or immature.
Actually, the room gets really funky and stuffy at night that I wake up and find it to uncomfortable to go back to sleep. He has a broken nose and cant help but do it. Ive lived with him for 2 years now and at my wits end because this is disrupting my quality of life.... SLEEP. I am very sensitive to smells and at the beginning of the relationship I didnt see it would be such a big deal, thought Id become accostumed to it. 2 yrs later and I havent, and its become more and more irritating.
you dont deserve him do you? you sound like you'd leave coz of his prob(brokn nose) whats love for anyway. you should be patient with him. it will pass. wat if it was you and he felt that way? talk to him. think about it (i don mean to offend you in any way) :)
i dont think girls will really mind...she'll probably think your cute...but like someone else said, everyone looks weird while sleeping..take me for example, wen i sleep, my dad says i snore, but my mom says it always seems like i'm sucking on a pacifier...which is really werd becuz i didnt use a pacifier wen i was a baby is wat my parents said
Im sure if she's into you she won't mind, snoring however would be worse. Tho if my boyfriend snores I think its kind of cute.. I usually poke him then because he also grinds his teeth on his piercings and thats bad for his lip. (no, not because I'm irritated)
