Do females prefer males with beard ?

Few days ago one of my female friends said that females usually like males with beard. Her boyfriend who is also my friend, has beard. She even asked me why i shave so often! Personally i feel clean with hair free face but i would not mind to have beard if i look cool and matured with it. But one of my other female friends(she is also friends with the other two i mentioned above) said that i look cute when i shave. Now i am all confused.

    My bf sometimes has a beard and sometimes doesn't. The way I see it, it's his face so he gets to choose what he wants...he doesn't tell me how I have to look, and if he did I'd probably do the opposite just to be contrary.

    I like how he looks either way, both suit him.

    Some women would prefer clean shaven men.

    I usually like hairy men, I like beards they're hot. Moustaches however not so much they look too groomed and planned.

    I used to prefer how I looked with a beard but now I've got an electric shaver I like keeping a constant stubble
