I wanted to know if it is normal as a women to look at porn for self gratification? I do it about 2 times a month. I hate myself afterward but, I am singal and can't enjoy myself as easily with imagination.

its probably embarassing for women to admit it and feel bad afterwards because society and religen push the belief that it is wrong to masterbate. or look at porn. I do reguraly but dont openly tell people about it, but dont deny it either. totaly normal

I do occasionally enjoy watching porn just to get off, but I don't enjoy discussing it with other people. Women think I'm disgusting for it, and men treat me inappropriately after I confess. It's completely normal.
I've never dated any woman who enjoyed porn, (or admitted to it); but I've had some female friends who liked it. In fact, some 20 years ago or so, I had a very close female friend who admitted once in a group of several people that she liked porn, but didn't like watching it alone but wasn't interested in having sex and that all guys who watch porn get horny and would want sex. Well...we ended up watching porn together regularly. About once a month or so, (when she or I would buy or rent a new movie), I'd head to her apartment, we'd order pizza and watch the whole movie. We always stayed fully dressed and never engaged in any sexual activity ever. I did excuse myself to her bathroom on occasion to "take care of business"; but we were just friends. I've known a few other women who liked watching it, too - I just never dated any.
My ex-wife - after we were divorced - told me once that she'd never seen a porn film and wanted to watch one with me. It never happened. She was my ex and was just horny because she hadn't dated anyone in the months following the divorce and I wasn't about to get all tangled up in that mess again just because we were comfortable with one another. But I digress. Yeah, some ladies watch porn and like it. Some don't. Some do and don't admit to it, (kinda like masturbation). I'd say it's probably less than 50%% who watch it without doing so for the pleasure of their partners.

I agree that a lot of women get turned on by porn. I think there is now more women friendly porn out there now, more about a womans fantasy. I don't think you should feel guilty about it at all! It's natural! I think some porn is a total turn on for masturbation.

You have no idea how many women watch porn. I had a party a little while ago, and ALL of us girls started bitching about how porn is so male focused and porn for women is so much more expensive and hard to find. Men and Women were on average equally turned on by porn, but more women denied it than men (were they lying or unaware of own feelings? - who knows)
