I always thought that was gross, I'm guessing some men don't see it as twins (as in family) more like a double.
I'm a gay guy, and I answered Yes.
It's just because , well , two is better than one. And with two identical guys, it's more of a fantasy thing. I would not like to get into graphic details, but a lot of spice can be added to your bedroom when you are with twins.
Kinda freaky if your doing sisters, like would a guy tag team with his bro? I'd rather tag two female friends,

They must first have a narcissistic thing going on.
A propension to be "in love" with themselves and plenty of vanity.And many other things except for the sort of thought the usually keeps people from doing things they would really like to do but can't.
The fear of god/sin/punishment is amongst those things.
So it also depends from the education the tweens you are talking about received.Usually doing stuff like bathing them both in the same bathtub at the same time during childhood doesn't really help.
Besides all this,yes,tweens are particularly exposed to that kind of behaviour.It's probably because most people are taught to only have sexual feelings and desire for someone they had a close relation with.
Which is the thought from which every incestous relationship spawns.But if you teach them otherwise they might start to see eachother as rivals rather than "the same". Tweens are fascinating and frightening somewhat.
I personally wouldn't like to have sex without feelings. So I doubt I'd have feelings for that second twin, so no. But if it was someone I loved and she had a copy of herself (emotionally, personally and physically) HELL YEAH!

I'm a 2 on the kinsey scale mostly strait but if the guy is good looking enoough I wont turn him down. and as far as the identicle twins of either gendr i guess for most guys it is a greed thing a threesome wherin the genitals are even more alike than most other women so if one likes something then both will so i only have to learn one handbook for 2 women yipee. but for me it is just a logistical nightmare.

Think of it from the twins point of view. Would you like to be having sex with someone at the same time as your brother or sister?
Maybe I'm being too empathetic and maybe there are twins who go for that stuff but for me I think it would just be too uncomfortable for me to actually enjoy it. I would probably just keep asking questions like "are you two sure you are ok with this?"
