No, for most of them because your metabolism slows down as you grow older and unless you exercise or cut down on bad eating habits from when you were younger you tend to accumulate pudge.

I'm close to being underweight, and no matter what I eat, I seem to be losing weight instead of gaining it. And I eat some high calorie stuff.

I've always been underweight. Lately I've been trying to be more active and put on some muscle, but I'm still pretty lanky.

Ya. I've been pretty athletic and in shape for most of my life, but several years ago, I went through a traumatic experience and gained sixty pounds in a very short period of time. I was very fat for a couple of years, then when the depression lifted, the weight came off easily and quickly. I don't have any flabby skin either (not like what you see on television shows).

My ex struggled with his weight in the opposite direction. He went through a stressful time and lost twenty pounds of muscle leaving him looking like he just came out of a concentration camp. People harassed him all the time about eating more, but he never experienced the harsh judgment, criticism, and condescension that I did as a fat person. There is really no comparison between the two, but people keep trying to make the argument that they are the same.

I've given up trying to gain weight, but I do need some. Hopefully as I stop growing upwards I'll start growing outwards and become a slightly more normal weight. I don't know if that makes logical, biological sense, but I hope it does.

Yes, still do and always will. But it's not convetional "I'm fat" struggle.

It's about dropping 10lbs. to fit a weight class and later about gaining another 20lbs when I'm off season.

I also fight with bodyfat more than weight, cause the leaner you are the more shredded you look.

No, I've always been skinny. Everyone at school always tell me I look like a stick and my guy friends joke around saying that they can't hug me or they're scared that they're going to "break" me lol

i used to be kinda fat as a young kid - and i remember i got made fun of it a fair bit by my siblings, but by the time i was like 14-15 i grew into it and became a lot confident with the way i look.

My weight has not changed in a decade, no matter how much or how little I eat or exercise.

Just a skinny bitch forever, I guess.

No, I have always been skinny. In recent years my metabolism has slowed down some. I exercise regularly though. I'm just not as active as I used to be.

Yes I am 175 actually and i go to the gym nearly everyday, i am completely obsessed because I never want to end up skinny again. I got into training so much that I'm actually a qualified trainer now, ive helped a few people gain muscle and last week i started helping a new guy actually lose weight, he weighs 240 pounds and when im done with him he will be able to see abs for the first time in his life lol.
