Below all the comments on a post, there is a section titled "Check out these other is it normal posts". I noticed that there are posts listed that are by the same author of the post you're currently reading. They're usually completely unrelated by subject matter. If the site is supposed to provide anonymity, why's it linking people's posts like that?

Nnn...no. no they aren't necessarily. Maybe by fluke now and then, but certainly not as a rule.

What sort of idiot would assume what you have?

By your logic, these posts are all yours:

Do you trust Police Officers?
What defines someone as being "cool"?

  I didn't say all of the posts listed belong to the same author. I also didn't assume anything, I know for a fact it happens because I've seen it on my own posts and I've seen it on some others that I am 100% certain were related by author. Of course I don't know most of the time if the posts are by the same author but based on the multiple times I know for certain that this has happened, one could reasonably assume it happens at least sometimes to anyone here who has multiple posts.

  Regardless, this in itself does not prove your hypothesis. It is far more likely that the stories share similar tags and the "same" OP think is a fluke.

    OK, whether you see it on desktop or mobile, YOU STILL SEE IT. I don't know why it differs like that but either way you see what I am pointing out. This is a non-issue.

    What the fuck? What is my hypothesis? I simply observed this happening more than what could be chalked up to coincidence. There's tens of thousands of posts on this site, it would be a longshot to get one of your own posts in that small section if it were truly randomly generated, let alone having it happen over and over in a chain. I said I noticed the "check out these other posts" section links posts by the same author. Lo and behold, I showed numerous instances of this very thing happening. That IS proof. It's proof of what I claim to have observed. How is it not? I also never said it was some grand conspiracy. If I had to guess why this happens I'd lean towards the site being very basic.
