Depression after 5 hrs of badminton

I.I.N if I feel depressed after five hours of badminton because the other day I played for around five hours and the next day I was moody and tend to tear up at every little snide comment that was said to me and I don't really do This so help me out and tell me if this is normal

    Exercise generally improves mood. However, five hours of badminton is a bit excessive. Is it possible you flooded your system with endorphins and then had a come-down the day after?

    I love badminton! I tend to get irritated or aggravated after a long time of focusing.

    I have an issue with come-downs from many things like even a moderate amounts of exercise, any activities I find very enjoyable (like bowling, etc) and sex. 5 hours is a very long time and I can see even folks without this issue feeling low the next day. Try limiting your badminton time to 1-2 hours, max.

    Badminton is quite fun, by the way. I just had to say that.
