Depeche mode or pet shop boys, who do you like better?

Both, but I prefer the Pet Shop Boys. The lyrics mean something me. There's a hint of insomnia in there (Jealousy, and Can You Forgive Her?). There's a nod to the past (Always On My Mind). There's the "slice of life" songs (A Different Point Of View, So Hard, and Being Boring). And there's the anthemic It's A Sin. Finally, there's the poetry. To Speak Is A Sin has one of the finest rhyming couplets in pop music:

Looking for love and getting,
Nothing that's worth regretting.
