Demonatic vampires

So I when I walk around I feel watched by these demonatic vampires. They walk around and stalk me. But I know I can kill them by jumping on them and ripping they throat open. I fell like I'm a protected of my friends invade any attack. Is this normal.

    Umm u def can't kill a vampire by ripping it's throat out so I take it u havnt killed many
