Definition of insanity

Is detailed as doing the same thing over, and over, and over again and expecting different results.

I've been working a job. And I've been doing the same thing over, and over, and over again.

Should I flip the script? Should I embrace a little bit of insanity in trusting the system?

Is it normal to assimilate at some levels and regress in others?

Google "the Gervais principle". Read all six parts. Trust me.

I AM INSANITY! I use a ouigi board almost everyday. I write the numbers '666' with my own blood. I shot myself (during depression) and I came back within 9 days. I have seen the devil himself with my own eyes.

The definition of a job is to do the same thing over and over, expecting to get paid the same amount over and over.

Isn't that pretty much what EVERY job entails? Doing the same thing over and over again, except that you ARE expecting the same results each time? What's the problem?
The only question I see is, are you doing this thing you do over and over again, well?

I'm a schizophrenic but don't tell the other me he doesn't know yet and the shock may kill him

It's a fairly stupid thing to say, I would have expected much more from Albert Einstein.

For example: Schizophrenia will not change regardless of the actions you undertake, similar or not.

He is not saying that. He is saying consider the case that Treatment 1 does not cause Schizophrenia to change. Repeating additional trials of Treatment 1 with the expectation that Schizophrenia will eventually change is a mark of insanity.

the treatment for schizophrenia were fuckin barbaric in einsteins time

hes an astrophysicist not a psychiatrist

how bout liftin weights? doin the same thang over & over yields the same results in the short term

runnin a mile a day or practicin shootin is the same but real helpful in the long term

        i still calls bullshit

Yep. Y'alls got a good point there for human performance. Xcept in astrophysics, statistical distributions of shit like the HR sequence are pretty much as constant in the short term as the long term. Spoze Einstein didn't give a damn bout much else, cept maybe gettin a cold beer and a good fuck every now and then.

But HAVING schizophrenia, which is a psychotic illness that causes one to lose touch with reality, classifies you as insane already. Even if you try as many different treatments as possible, you will still be insane.

Sure, repeating the same tasks over and over again and expecting different results might be a somewhat crazy thing to do. But Einstein stated it was the DEFINITION of insanity, which is entirely wrong.

Well if you never try a different angle...that's insane.

Different angles lead to the same conclusion.

Well, what are you trying to accomplish? Maybe you are just retarded, not insane.
